Years ago we set out to solve a problem for renters. High quality rental options at affordable prices. Most "luxury" rental communities come with high membership fees, lack of personal connection and a maintenance staff that doesn't know their renters exist.
Since realizing this, we have been renovating old dilapidated properties to be boutique rental homes and apartments. There is no management company, just honest, quality service at a reasonable price.
